As a kick-off to the Free Fem Radicals event on Friday, artist and curator Karin Michalski will enter into a discourse with the invited artists Doris Steinbichler, Erica Storer de Araújo, Sinead O’Donnell, and Ximan Wang about their works and present current references to feminist positions.

How can such contrasts and parallels be shown? Is there a „natural“ body that can move freely from social connotations? And what role does this play in the strategies and approaches of the artists? We pursue these and other questions in talks and performances and look forward to a lively exchange.
